Since 2009 MJP has been focused on developing boutique residential projects exclusively in the City of Ballarat. We have specialized in sourcing in-fill development sites in the mid range suburbs with a view to retaining and renovating the existing residence (where possible), and developing the land with new single storey detached townhouses. Each project is carefully considered - our homes are custom designed with functional floorplans, on trend interiors and attractive facades to create livable communities.
In recent years, our focus has been on creating luxury townhomes with luxe features provided as standard inclusions. This has been recognized and appreciated by those who purchase an MJP home, whether to live or rent out.
